“What’s you favorite snack?,” many of you asked me. Without any doubt, Medjool dates! They satisfy my sugar cravings delivering a complete and vital list of nutrients like antioxidants, minerals and fiber. Yet, I can never seem to have enough. I just love them.

The first time I tried them it was two years ago as prasad (blessed food), and I fell completely in love. They are morsels for the gods, of the gods, absolutely divine.
